Blessed Day! I am Aicha Kuwong, but I go by Glory. I am a Cameroon Native who has found my home here in Canton, Texas. I am graced beyond measure to be able to share testimony and further my mission to bring people this shared table experience for food, love & fellowship. This brand is so much bigger than ME. The Multiculture Eats acronym, ME is actually HIM, and I invite you to enjoy the dining experience with ME to bring you closer to HIM and other people of faith and purpose. Together, with my friend and partner over at Grillo’s Texas’ Best BBQ, we will bring you inspired cuisine filled with love and grace…with a little touch of Texas…and I can’t wait for you to dine with ME.
My friends have said that I have a God-Given gift of cooking, and that inspiration, coupled with my love of singing, form the collective voice of my Multiculture Eats brand. I aspire to bring individuals together through FOOD & SONG – Serving Others Nationally, Globally.

The African-American fusion cuisine will be the epicenter of our brand, and our brick and mortar restaurant will be opening in Winter 2024 in Canton, Texas. We simply can’t wait. You can catch us right now, though, in our mobile food truck, where we will be honored to serve you on the road.
